*Savings are calculated by the following: 1) Buyers receive 10% of ERA Commission earned, based on co-broke fee of 2% for a sale of $250,000 or higher. 2) A sale of a property $250,000 or higher with a co-broke commission of 2.5%, the buyer will receive 20% of the commission back. 3) A sale of a property $250,000 or higher with a commission co-broke commission of 3%, the buyer will receive 33% of the commission back. 4) Any commission less than 2% and/or under a sale price of $249,999, the buyer will receive $500. ERA Kirsch Real Estate reserves the right to make changes on this agreement at anytime based on the negotiations and the final sale. Offer limited to the sale of single family homes, multi-family homes with no more the 4 units, and condominiums. If ERA Kirsch Real Estate has to pay our a "Referral Fee" out to a third party or real estate office for a particular client, then that sale is not subject to this offer and the buyer receives no payment. Buyer must agree to have an ERA Kirsch Real Estate sales associate represent them as a buyer’s agent to qualify. |

We designed this program with the home buyer in mind. When buying a single family home, condominium, or multifamily home there are always extra costs involved in the transaction which the home buyer has to pay.
Since we first open out doors in 1945, we have seen these costs increase as home sale prices increase. Today’s home buyer has to pay for home inspections, appraisals, mortgage application fees and come up with deposits and pay attorney fees.
We want to help!!
Here is how it works:
ERA Kirsch Real Estate receives a commission payment from selling/listing agent. This payment is a percentage of the sales price; the listing office displays the commission percentage offering in the MLS property listing sheet which only the real estate agents can see. On average, this percentage ranges from 2% to 3%.
What we do is we “CAP” our percentage received to 2%. Any commission over that will be given to the buyer after closing. If the commission offered in MLS is equal to or less than 2% Then ERA Kirsch Real Estate will give back 10% of our commission.
The Property must be a single family home, multi-family home with no more that 4 apartments, or condominium. If the property’s sale price is less than $250,000 and has a commission offering of 2% or less, then the buyer receives $500.00.
If a sale price of $250,000 or more at a commission offering of 2% buyer will receive 10% of our earned commission. If the Sale price of $250,000 or more with a commission offering of 2.5%, the buyer will receive 20% of our earned commission. If a sale price of $250,000 or more with a commission offering of 3%, the buyer will receive 33% of our earned commission.
